While I was mining ISO with poolies I spent on the unlimited gold and iso package, the game glitched and kicked me out while mining iso and I couldn’t get back into the iso selection screen. I sent Kabam a ticket stating I lost out on the poolies spent on ISO and they said I got all of my poolies, not understanding the issue. I know I got my poolies. I spent them on the unlimited iso/gold and got kicked out of the locked iso selection screen and they didn’t care, sending me a generic reply that they were closing my ticket. I called apple to ask for a refund when kabam left me hanging(I bought all 4 vaults through the promotion and asked for a refund on one) and after not resolving my issue they put me in negative unit hell because I asked apple for a refund. If I didn’t have seven years and untold dollars invested in this game I would have deleted it. I hate this business model to pay to play one game and will be cutting way back as far as what I spend with kabam. They really f’d us on this poolie promotion. I think I spent close to $700 on the promotion and buying myself out of negative unit jail because I wanted someone to make it right. Kabam can just screw you with no accountability so be careful how you spend your money. Now that I’ve reached thrownbreaker I’m going to just become a non spending player. Kabam can EAD
